- Quilt Entry/Registration – Begins 2/16/24 for members, 3/16/24 for non-members. Registration ends on 5/28/24. Be sure to take a photo of your quilt (quilt does not have to be finished) before your start your entry. There is no save function on the form. ENTRY FORM
- Registration for Expo Classes and Workshops available in late-May.
- Quilt Check-In/Drop Off – Sunday, July 28, 2024, 12 pm – 4 pm, at Irving Convention Center
- Quilt Pick Up – Saturday, August 3, 2024, 5:45 pm – 7:00 pm

Calling all junior participants to enter a project!
Each year the NTQF creates a unique opportunity for juniors to show off their sewing/crafting talents. There are a few guidelines (see below), but we would love for you to join us! Show theme: “A Beachy Life.”
Guidelines
- Contact a local quilt guild for assistance (see participating guilds listed below)
- Project must be created with limited assistance from adults
- Project ideas: quilts, bags, stuffed dolls, clothing, hats, scarfs, etc.
- Created in the last 5 years
- Submit a color photo of finished or partial/finish of the item

Cost | $10 per entry
Junior Division – These categories are not classified by Artisan or Master
NTQF is featuring a Junior Showcase of items created by North Texas youth.
- Junior Quilt – Age up to 9 A quilt of any technique constructed by a person 9 years old or younger.
- Junior Quilt – Age 10 to 13 A quilt of any technique constructed by a person between 10 and 13 years old.
- Junior Quilt – Age 14 to 17 A quilt of any technique constructed by a person between 14 and 17 years old
- Junior Stitched Item – Age up to 9 An item created by stitching fabric. Examples are stuffed animals, bags, home décor items, clothing items.
- Junior Stitched Item – Age 10 to 13 An item created by stitching fabric. Examples are stuffed animals, bags, home décor items, clothing items.
- Junior Stitched Item – Age 14 to 17 An item created by stitching fabric. Examples are stuffed animals, bags, home décor items, clothing items.

Miniature Quilt Auction Requirements
There is no entry fee for miniatures. All entries must be show quality and have a two-inch sleeve attached. (Sleeves only, no tabs.)
General Rules for All Miniatures
- Must be no larger than 24″ on any side.
- Must have a two-inch sleeve attached (sleeves only, no tabs).
- Miniatures made with panels do not qualify.
- Must have a label with name of maker and credit given to pattern maker, if pattern is used.
- Some miniatures will be auctioned at the quilt show and others will be sold in the Guild booth.
