Day Retreat March 11 - 13, 2010
For: QGOA Members only, space is limited to 24 persons
(Additional space if you are able to bring your own table.)
When: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 11, 12, & 13
Thursday & Friday 9 AM – 9 PM & Saturday 9 AM – 4 PM
Where: Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ Pavilion, Arlington
I-20 & Little Road next to Southwest Plaza Shopping Center
Cost: $20 Must be paid with registration. No refunds.
Each person will share a table or indicate below if you are bringing your own table. Chairs are standard chairs, not with wheels. Bottled water and coffee will be provided.
Please bring either a breakfast item or pot luck dish or lunch salad to share on Thursday. Bring your own soft drinks. Dinner Friday night will be provided.
Bring: Sewing supplies, light, projects and ideas to share!
You will be able to leave all your equipment there each night.
Please note: We are responsible for leaving the facility clean, so each person must agree to help clean, tidy up and vacuum.

Space is limited to 12 persons, register soon! Additional limited space for ‘day use’ quilters.
Ø Cost: $120 per person for the three (3) nights stay, $40 per day. Two night minimum
Ø $20 per day for ‘day use’ This option is available only if we have at least 8 staying per night.
Ø Each person will have a personal table. Rooms are arranged with 2 twin beds, no bunks. Please look on the above website for information on retreat site and location.
Ø Meals are NOT provided and each person will need to help provide and cook at least one meal during the retreat. If there is a certain meal or day you prefer or person you want to cook with, please indicate below. We will only make brunch/lunch and dinner. Please bring your own breakfast, and drinks. There should be 2-3 cooks per meal. Meals will be planned and assigned later.
Ø Payment is transferable but NOT REFUNDABLE (unless the required minimum for the site is met). Refunds, if possible, will not be made until after the retreat.
Ø Bring your personal projects, UFOs to finish and ideas to share!
