We take your safety and the security of your equipment very seriously, but we will not be liable for any personal injury, loss/theft, or damage anytime during the retreat. Your attendance constitutes your agreement to indemnify and hold harmless Quilters’ Guild of Arlington, Cactus Rose Hideaway, LLC, Guy and Annis Clapp, and Clapp Legacy Partners, LP, from any responsibility or liability that may arise in connection with the use of Cactus Rose Hideaway, LLC Retreat Center.
